Open House for New Town of Collingwood Official Plan

The Town of Collingwood is holding an in-person Open House on October 4th to provide feedback on Draft 2 of the Town of Collingwood's New Official Plan

The Town has released Draft 2 of a New Official Plan for the Town of Collingwood for public review and consultation, following a significant amount of public input and Ontario-wide legislative and policy changes. The new Official Plan is intended to modernize land use planning policies to responsibly and sustainably guide our community’s growth for the next several decades, and will replace the current Official Plan. The New Official Plan also impacts what you can do with your property, so we encourage you to learn more and share your insights on this important initiative.

We invite you to participate in the New Official Plan process and provide your feedback either in person, or in writing, e-mail, or on the Town’s Official Plan Update Engage Page.

The in-person Open House will take place in the 3rd Floor Meeting Room of Collingwood Library at 55 Ste Marie Street in Collingwood.

Two sessions will be held with the same information presented:

• 1:00 – 3:00 pm
• 5:00 – 7:00 pm
